Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has instructed the creation of the ‘Pakistan Skill Company’ to enhance job opportunities for Pakistani workers seeking employment abroad.

This decision arose during a briefing on the National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTCC) and the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development (MOPHRD).

Additionally, he called for the consolidation of technical and vocational education nationwide and the immediate establishment of the Pakistan Skill Development Fund.

PM Shehbaz highlighted the pivotal role of NAVTTC in furnishing top-tier training to the youth, ensuring certifications that are recognized globally in technical fields.

He underscored the need for collaboration between federal institutions and provinces, advocating for an integrated regulatory system to elevate Pakistani manpower to international standards.
