A new smart robot service has been launched in Madinah to assist pilgrims visiting the Prophet’s Mosque.
The robot, a project from the Ministry of Health branch in Madinah province, is positioned in the courtyard next to the mosque and provides educational messages in 96 different languages. This innovative service aims to enhance the pilgrimage experience for visitors from around the world.
The robot is equipped with advanced technology that enables it to communicate effectively with pilgrims, providing them with important information and guidance.
Additionally, 220 volunteers are stationed at various key locations to offer assistance and health services to pilgrims. This combined effort aims to ensure the safety and well-being of all visitors to the Prophet’s Mosque.
The introduction of this smart robot service demonstrates the Ministry of Health’s commitment to leveraging technology to improve the pilgrimage experience.
